Welcome to FileDesignPatent.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Scope of Services

FileDesignPatent.com provides design patent preparation and filing assistance services related to U.S. design patent applications. We assist with reviewing submitted materials, preparing application documents, and coordinating filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) when authorized by the client.

We do not guarantee that any patent application will be accepted, approved, or granted by the USPTO, nor do we guarantee the scope, enforceability, or commercial value of any patent.

2. Processing Fee and Payments

A $50 non-refundable processing fee is required to begin work. This fee is earned upon receipt, as administrative review and preparation activities commence immediately.

The processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

No service fees or USPTO filing fees are due unless and until your application is complete and you authorize filing.

If you proceed with filing, the $50 processing fee will be credited toward your service fee.

If you choose not to proceed, you may discontinue the process with no further financial obligation beyond the processing fee.

All USPTO filing fees, once paid, are non-refundable, as they are government fees.

3. No Legal Advice or Guarantee

Information provided through this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Registration or payment does not create an attorney-client relationship unless and until such a relationship is expressly established in writing.

4. User Registration and Accuracy

By registering for an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

5. Prohibited Use / No Marketing or Spam

You agree not to use FileDesignPatent.com for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications

Using the website, contact forms, messaging tools, or user accounts for marketing, solicitation, advertising, or promotional purposes

Harvesting or attempting to collect information about other users

Interfering with or disrupting the website’s functionality

Any such misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of FileDesignPatent.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
